Today we spotlight Tiffany Overstreet, Innovation Director MM Packaging – Pharma & Healthcare. Based in Richmond, VA, USA.

1. 18 year career in manufacturing for B2B with global experience, 9 years in secondary packaging
2. Market and customer orientated with a proven track record in developing and implementing strategy, defining innovation processes and delivering on innovation through specialized solution developments 
3. Background includes strategy development and implementation, marketing communications and business development which are strongly leveraged in all customer interactions
4. Advocate for Diversity & Inclusion because it makes the workplace more engaging, it’s the right thing to do, and diversity of perspectives leads to better business outcomes
