Brexit Transition - Product Regulation Briefing with BEIS and the OPSS
BEIS and the Office of Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) are hosting a webinar on 8th December focused on changes to the regulation of goods from the end of the transition period.
This will be of interest to manufacturers, distributors and retailers of manufactured goods in NI and GB.
It sets out detail on the changes to rules for placing goods on the GB and NI markets, and trade between those markets in light of the Protocol, from the 1 January 2021. This will cover requirements such as import responsibilities, labelling, conformity assessment and CE, UK(NI) and UKCA marking.
The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) will also be available to help answer any questions you may have. So if there are any areas of these incoming changes that you require further clarification upon, then this is the event for you.
