Guidance for businesses on making Environmental claims

The Competitions and Market Authority (CMA) have now launched their Green Claims Code.

You will see that a number of the examples used in the Guidance refer to claims made about packaging, and I would suggest that you familiarise yourselves with the contents so as not to fall foul of the Authority.
